LearnHub 是一款本地优先的阅读与学习应用。本政策说明当前 iOS 版本如何处理学习资料、设备数据和可选的网络服务。LearnHub 开发者不运营用户账号、云同步或独立的内容收集服务器，也不在 App 中投放第三方广告或跨 App 追踪。

保存在设备上的内容

你导入的文章、提取的文字、笔记、高亮、阅读位置、收藏、缓存的译文与 AI 学习结果主要保存在本机。偏好设置保存在本机；自定义 AI 服务的 API Key 保存在 iOS Keychain。删除 App 通常会删除其本地数据；“我的 → 数据与存储”也提供分项清理。请自行备份重要资料：当前版本不提供账号或跨设备云同步。

什么时候会联网

• 读报功能向 Hacker News、Hugging Face、arXiv 和 GitHub 请求公开资讯。这些请求不会主动附带你的笔记或自定义 AI Key。对方仍可能接收标准网络信息，例如 IP 地址，并依其政策处理。
• 你选择从网页导入内容或打开媒体、原始来源时，App 会连接对应网址。目标网站可能接收标准网络信息；网页能否提取取决于网站本身。
• 你主动配置并授权第三方 AI 服务后，文章回顾、学伴问答、资料整理、翻译或学习日报会向你选择的 HTTPS 服务发送完成该操作所需的内容。App 会在首次使用或翻译等适用场景说明发送范围并征求同意。服务商可依其自身政策处理输入、输出和网络信息。请在配置前阅读该服务商的隐私条款；你可以在 App 中撤销授权或移除密钥。
• 设备端 Apple Intelligence 功能仅在兼容设备与系统上可用；由系统在设备端处理内容，不会因该功能向 LearnHub 开发者服务器上传文章。

购买与诊断

永久版购买和恢复由 Apple 的 StoreKit/App Store 处理。LearnHub 使用 Apple 返回的购买权益状态解锁内容，不会在自己的服务器保存付款卡号。App 内“分享诊断信息”由你主动触发，只包含 App 与系统版本；是否发送、发给谁由你决定。

控制、保留与联系

你可在 App 中删除导入资料、笔记和 AI 派生结果，也可停止使用网络功能、删除第三方 AI Key。已发送至第三方服务的数据不能通过删除本机内容自动从该服务删除；请联系相应服务商行使权利。我们会在行为变化时更新本政策及生效日期。隐私咨询请联系 luosilent@gmail.com；其他支持信息见支持页面。

LearnHub is a local-first reading and learning app. This policy explains how the current iOS version handles study materials, device data, and optional network services. The developer does not operate user accounts, cloud sync, or a server that collects your library. The app has no third-party ads or cross-app tracking.

Data on your device

Imported articles and extracted text, notes, highlights, reading positions, favorites, cached translations, and saved AI study results are primarily stored on your device. Preferences stay on the device; a custom AI API key is stored in iOS Keychain. Removing the app normally removes its local data. You can also clear categories of data under Me → Data & Storage. Back up important materials yourself: this version has no account or cross-device cloud sync.

Network access

• The public feed requests items from Hacker News, Hugging Face, arXiv, and GitHub. These requests do not intentionally include your private notes or AI key. The services may receive ordinary network data such as your IP address under their own policies.
• If you import a web page or open media or a source link, the app connects to that URL. The destination site may receive ordinary network data. Extraction depends on the site.
• When you configure and authorize a third-party AI service, article review, study Q&A, document organization, translation, or briefings send the content needed for that action to your chosen HTTPS endpoint. The app explains the scope and requests consent before first use and for applicable translation flows. The provider may process prompts, outputs, and network data under its own policy. Review that policy before configuring the service. You can revoke app authorization or remove the key.
• On supported devices, Apple’s on-device model processes content on the device; that feature does not upload your article to a LearnHub developer server.

Purchases and diagnostics

Apple StoreKit/App Store handles lifetime purchases and restore. LearnHub uses the entitlement returned by Apple to unlock content; we do not keep payment card numbers on our own server. “Share diagnostics” is user initiated, contains only app and system versions, and is sent only where you choose.

Your choices and contact

You can delete imports, notes, and AI-derived results in the app, stop using network features, or remove your third-party AI key. Deleting local content does not delete information already sent to a third-party provider; contact that provider to exercise your rights.
